General Refund Policy
DGHBOY operates on a subscription-based model that provides immediate access to digital tools, community features, and educational content upon activation. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
When you subscribe to the Service, you gain immediate access to platform features, community areas, and digital content. Because this access is granted instantly and cannot be returned, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until that period expires. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for prior billing periods.
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Doughboy Nation LLC. Such circumstances may include duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or situations where the Service was demonstrably inaccessible due to platform failure. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original charge and sent to support@dghboy.com with sufficient detail to review the request.
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or failure to cancel prior to renewal. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and canceling prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.
If your subscription was processed through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests may also be subject to the policies of those platforms, and you may be required to request refunds directly through them.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria described above or that involve abuse of the refund system.
Inferno Tier: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1. Overview and Purpose
The Inferno Tier 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee") is offered by DGHBOY Nation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") as a conditional satisfaction policy intended to provide new members with a defined evaluation period.
This Guarantee is not an unconditional refund policy. It is a performance-based guarantee designed specifically for individuals who actively engage with the DGHBOY Nation platform, participate in its community structure, and adhere to its accountability systems.
The purpose of this Guarantee is to ensure that members who fully participate in the prescribed activities, engage with the brotherhood and its systems, and apply the tools and frameworks provided are afforded a fair opportunity to assess the value of the program.
This Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchasers of the Inferno Tier and is valid only during the initial thirty (30) days following the original purchase date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, the member must demonstrate full and consistent participation across all core pillars of the DGHBOY Nation system. Partial completion of requirements does not constitute eligibility.
2.1 Live Call Attendance
The member must attend a minimum of four (4) live calls within the thirty (30) day evaluation period.
2.2 Community Participation
The member must demonstrate active, consistent, and meaningful engagement within the DGHBOY Nation community ecosystem. Qualifying participation includes posting in the community feed a minimum of two (2) times per week.
2.3 Logbook Accountability
The member must maintain a 100% daily Logbook completion streak for a minimum of fourteen (14) consecutive days within the thirty (30) day period.
3. Refund Request Requirements
The request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date via email to support@dghboy.com. Include your full name, email, a statement requesting a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee, and a brief summary of your experience.
4. Verification and Review Process
All refund requests are subject to a comprehensive internal review. DGHBOY Nation will verify compliance through attendance tracking, community activity logs, and Logbook completion records. All decisions are final.
5. Non-Eligibility Conditions
Members will be deemed ineligible if they fail to complete all eligibility requirements, submit incomplete requests, miss the 30-day window, or engage in behavior that violates community standards.
6. Limitation of Guarantee
This Guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of the Inferno Tier membership and may be exercised once per individual. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or promotional offers.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Upon issuance, platform access may be revoked immediately.
8. Right to Modify
DGHBOY Nation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Guarantee at any time. Changes apply prospectively.
9. Member Acknowledgment
By purchasing the Inferno Tier membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full and accepts that DGHBOY Nation retains sole discretion in determining eligibility.
