Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doughboy Nation LLC, doing business as DGHBOY, governing your access to and use of the DGHBOY Logbook Service (the "Service").

The Service is intended to provide users with structured accountability tools, scoring systems, personal development frameworks, community interaction features, and educational content designed to support self-improvement and personal responsibility. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service independently. Individuals under eighteen may only use the Service with verified written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Doughboy Nation LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Service operates on a subscription basis, with multiple membership tiers offering varying levels of access to platform features, educational resources, and community functionality. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not retroactively refund payments already made, except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy.

The Service includes community and public interaction features that allow users to share content, communicate with other users, and participate in group environments. You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or transmit. You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, abuse, threats, impersonation, or any activity that may harm other users or the integrity of the platform. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

The Service may include educational content, coaching, consulting, or personal development guidance provided by DGHBOY or third-party coaches and consultants. This information is provided solely for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

Doughboy Nation LLC retains all ownership rights to the software, technology, design, branding, and intellectual property associated with the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service, or any part of the Service, at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine may harm the platform, other users, or our business operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Doughboy Nation LLC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, reliability, or specific outcomes resulting from use of the Service. You agree that your use of the Service is voluntary and at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings within the State of Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
